Refunds & Returns
No refund or exchange is available for the following non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital product
Refund is available for the following items:
- Toolbox subscription.
A full refund will be provided if you opt-out within 30-days of original purchase date.
All products and subscriptions are digital so there is no shipping cost. Please use a direct email address. If you have filters on your email, please check the junk folder. Incorrect emails will result in the product not reaching your inbox. Should this happen, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will not receive any physical items. All items will be delivered digitally to the email address provided upon purchase and arrive within 24-hours of placing your order.
Once you have cancelled your Toolbox subscription within the first 30-days of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you to confirm cancellation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and ensure it falls within the first 30-days of original purchase date. No receipt is required.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
