Sarah, a local home improvement expert, had a decent following (around 5000) but she wasn’t seeing the engagement or website traffic she deserved. She’d been following our work for years, and finally decided to take the leap and invest in our Instagram Intensive program.

We created content for her entire community — whether they were just finding out about her, if they’d known about her for a while (but maybe weren’t sure she was the right fit for them), right down to the folks who were hot and ready to buy.
Instagram Stories are also a super important part of staying relevant (and selling!) on Instagram, and Sarah needed to learn to leverage them effectively. We didn’t just tell her what to do; we showed her!
Through our own Close Friends Stories, we offered daily-ish behind the scenes glimpses and dissected the strategies behind our own stories.
This hands-on approach helped Sarah implement these tactics on her own Stories.
Sarah’s year-long Intensive program offered her ongoing support, which was super helpful. Quarterly check-ins allowed us to take a deep dive into her data, refine her strategy, and make sure that her content was still resonating with her community.
Plus, regular in-depth planning sessions ensured that her content was fresh and constantly aligned with her business goals!
Another important part of her Intensive was our 360° brand assessment. We evaluated Sarah’s website to make sure that everything was working properly and optimized for conversions.
This means that once we get people clicking through from her Instagram to her website, they’re more likely to make a purchase!
Finally, professional brand photos with the delightfully talented Jess Eliz Brands elevated Sarah’s entire online presence, setting her apart from the competition and solidifying her brand as a legitimate business.

First up, I underestimated the value of that coaching in close friends stories. She loved — and implemented — our tips, which was amazing! While we can’t physically manage your stories for you, we can provide the guidance and support you need to create engaging content that converts.
Consistency is important, even if it’s not showing a million times a week. Three high-quality, well-planned posts a week are way more effective than pulling content out of your butt when inspiration strikes. (Wait, was that outloud? It was.)
